Blue Cottage Mercantile makes their soap from scratch, in small batches right here in Molalla. Each ingredient is chosen with purpose. Because their soap is made the old fashioned way, each bar retains the natural and beneficial glycerin produced in soap making, which is often stripped from commercial cleansers. Due to the nature of being handcrafted, bars may vary slightly. It is important to keep your soap dry between uses by using a soap dish that drains well and by keeping it away from direct streams of water.
