Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because our fruit spreads are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during busy seasons or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer:

$10 Flat Rate Shipping within the contiguous United States

Free Shipping on orders over $75 (per mailing address)
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders via UPS Ground. In some cases, we may use other carriers such as USPS depending on package size, destination, or logistical considerations.
Estimated delivery time for UPS Ground is typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination (East Coast locations can take longer).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mthopefarmsoregon.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, Mt. Hope Farms is not responsible for shipping delayscaused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@mthopefarmsoregon.com with:
