The perfect burger that you can make on the grill, or in a pan, in our opinion? Blue Cheese Burgers with an Oregon berry twist! Sweet caramelized onions. Salty, rich blue cheese. Local, grass fed beef. Bold spice rubs. And...Raspberry Marionberry Fruit Spread? Yes! It brings a beautiful balance and punch of flavor to an already delicious classic.
This juicy burger is easy to make at home and packed with lots of local flavor! We used some of our favorite local beef from Source Farms, Oregon Blue Cheese from the world famous Rogue Creamery, and rubs from B.T. Leigh's that help bring it all together. Plus, our friends at Good Wolf Probiotic make the best probiotic drinks to top off the meal!
