Let's share the love with an easy cheese platter! Fun heart shaped brie, pops of red with fresh fruit, dark and dipping chocolate, and our Strawberry Lavender Fruit Spread. This is the perfect cheese board for a date night, movie night, or Galentine's Day! Cheese boards and charcuterie boards are a favorite of ours, because they're simple, but they look so beautiful. Enjoy and happy Valentine's Day!
What you need:
- A large round platter or pizza stone
- Two smaller round, square or heart shaped dishes. Whatever you have on hand!
- Heart shaped brie (we love Cowgirl Creamery Heart's Desire, but there are a few options around Valentine's Day).
- Aged Cheddar, cubed.
- Strawberry Lavender Fruit Spread
- Plain crackers
- Walnuts or hazelnuts
- Your favorite dark chocolate. We are huge fans of Creo Chocolate here in the Portland area!
- Fresh sliced strawberries and whole raspberries
- Chocolate dip
- Sprinkles
Now, all you need to do is assemble. Follow the pictures below, but also feel free to add in more pops of color, your favorite cookies or sweets, and maybe some extra cheese- because how can you go wrong with any of those things?
