Blueberry Orange Spice Yogurt Parfait Recipe
The sweetness of Oregon blueberries and organic oranges is a perfect way to start the day! Crumbled up granola (we used LivBars) adds just the right amount of texture to complete this healthy breakfast that's easy to grab and go!
Ingredients - Makes 4 Servings
Yogurt● 2 cups yogurt of choice
● 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
● 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Blueberry Orange Topping
● 6 oz pint fresh blueberries
● 1 orange - segmented
● 3 tbsp Mt. Hope Farms Blueberry Orange Spice Fruit Spread
● 1 Blueberry Vanilla Kale LivBar - crumbled
In a small bowl, combine all the yogurt ingredients and mix until well-combined and set aside.
In another small bowl, mix together the blueberries, orange segments, and Mt. Hope Farms Blueberry Orange Spice Fruit Spread.
Stir in the crumbled LivBar.
To assemble, divide the yogurt into four serving containers - should be about 1/2 cup of yogurt in each.
Top with the blueberry orange topping, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve!
